Gratitude

Welcome to the Serve Daily Project – Gratitude Division

If you found this site because you had an act of service provided for you we hope that it made you smile and impacted your life in a positive way. Remember to show gratitude for that act of service and for that matter, all things.

Now it is your opportunity to THANK the person who served you and POST a picture (Scenic or a Face Shot) describing what was done for you and how it made you feel. Remember to include this hashtag as you post on Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter:  #ServeDaily

Back of the Serve Daily Business and Gratitude key tag card. Four simple steps to brighten the world one small act at a time.

Then it is your turn to SERVE someone in need. It could be as simple as opening the door for someone that has their hands full, mowing someones lawn, raking leaves, shoveling snow, taking a plate of cookies, paying for a meal, purchasing groceries, or any other kind act of service. Remember to GIVE them the key tag to help promote them to do an act of service for another in need.

This system is built on that of giving thanks and serving. Their is no bragging here for acts of service that you or I performed. For it is best if we seek to serve and give thanks for all that we have been blessed with.

A Brief History

It feels like an all new project, however, back in 2010 Chris Baird, owner of Serve Daily created a card that said:

Been Served, Pay Forward  (Original Club and then company name)
Once you have been handed this card, you have “Been Served”. Now it is your opportunity to “Pay Forward” an act of service to someone you believe would benefit.

These were paper business cards and we spread about 1,000 of them out there.

Jump forward five years and Serve Daily, a local Newspaper for South Utah County came to be and has been in print since June 2012.

These new cards are a rehash of that original project, but this time they are meant to last longer and travel the world.

If you would like more cards and WILL start them on their journey please contact us.
