On Sept. 11, veterans and the families of active military veterans were remembered at a Salem Hills High School football game. All retired and currently active military veterans were served a complimentary dinner on the field. All donations from the dinner were given to a family who has an active military member in their ranks.Â

When the national anthem was sung, there was a special feeling in the arena, such spirit that can only come from honoring those who fight for our freedom. Thank you, veterans, for all you have done and and are currently doing to keep this beautiful country of ours free.
