r He is a member of Scout Troop 199. Rylan’s project was to build a rehabilitation pond for Wild Wonders Animal Rescue in Genola, Utah. Rylan is currently a junior at Payson High School where he excels in school and is a member of the Payson FFA. He is employed by Payson City and enjoys his time working at Gladstan Golf Course. We want to say thanks to everyone who has helped along the way. Way to go Rylan, we are so proud of you!
