r American Legion Post #28 of Springville celebrated “Constitution Day” at Springville’s Cherry Creek Elementary School on Friday, Sept. 16. The American Flag was raised. “To The Colors” was played by Marcia Harris. The National Anthem was sung by all the students as they placed their hands over their hearts. Richard Money of the American Legion spoke to the 600 students about the Constitution and how we enjoy freedom in this country.
