r TURN Community Services’ Spanish Fork Center for the Arts opened in 2014 and has been a safe and inviting place for adults with disabilities to learn and grow with a focus on becoming artists! These artists work year round to learn new skills that help them grow in confidence and self-expression.

TURN’s Center for the Arts is holding an open house and BBQ on Tuesday, July 3 from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at 1620 N. Main St. in Spanish Fork. Come by for a great summer lunch and meet the artists and show your support for our brave and generous brothers and sisters in the service.

This July 4th, the Art Center participants wanted to celebrate our freedoms and give back to those who are actively serving our country. TURN has partnered with A Million Thanks, an organization that has sent millions of letters of thanks and encouragement to active and reserve military members. Visitors to the Open House and BBQ will write letters to servicemen and enjoy and be inspired by the art produced by local residents with disabilities.
