r The Fellas Chop Shop in Spanish Fork is celebrating its one year anniversary on Saturday, March 16 with a big celebration from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Fellas owner Mersaides Reber said there will be food, giveaways and free beard trims.
They have partnered with the local Taystee Bakery to provide treats and Reber’s husband is making pulled pork and potatoes. Drinks will also be available.
Fellas is providing free beard trims, eyebrow waxing and nose and ear hair trimming to those who’ve booked an appointment for the day of the event.
“Our beard trims are really cool,” said Reber. “We shape every beard and do hot oil, lather, hot towels and aftershave on every beard and then shave with a straight razor around the edges.”
Those who come in can enter to win a drawing for free beard trims for a year. The Fellas Chop Shop will also be giving away over 30 prize bags so there are many opportunities to win.
Reber said she’s excited to celebrate a year in business. “It’s really crazy. I feel like the whole year has flown by and I still feel nervous, but I feel crazy excited.”
She’s grateful to the customers that brought them this far. “We have so many people coming and we’re almost always booked,” she said.
