Diamond Fork Junior High student, Lexie Antonino, is a state finalist in the Utah’s Challenge to Do the Write Thing Essay Contest, sponsored by the governor each year.
Lexie wrote a paper entitled “Youth Violence.”
Lexie and Principal Dr. Brenda Burr, as well as her teacher, Reilly Ryan, will attend an 2021 DtWT Award Recognition Event provided by the Utah State Board of Education and Utah’s Do the Write Thing Committee.
Lexie will also receive a scholarship for winning. (Serve Daily submission.)
