Edwin Paul Lindsay, age 74, resident of Springville, Utah, passed away June 13, 2023, in Provo, Utah, from C.O.P.D. He was born to Paul Alex Lindsay and Violet Fay Lindsay on February 1, 1949.
Edwin was a high school graduate who was a great example of always working hard to better himself. He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and had a firm testimony in his Lord, Jesus Christ. He was sealed in the temple and enjoyed working in the baptistry at the Provo City Center temple. He was married twice, to Jolene Lindsay, and Vickie Lindsay.
He was a dedicated worker and supported his family working at Geneva Steel, WW Clyde, and working on heating and air conditioning. Edwin loved wood working and enjoyed the great outdoors. He even joined an ATV club where he made many wonderful friends and went on a lot of fun adventures.
Edwin is survived by his son, Paul Lindsay, and his daughters, Nichole Lindsay, Malinda Lindsay, and Melanie Lindsay; grandchildren, Cassie, Chelsie, Cami, and Aubrey Redon, Madisen, Zackery, Ashlee, and Wyatt Steele, Glenn Bourque, Nicholas Evans, Amassa Lyman; great grandchildren; and sister, Paula Jackson.
Services will be held at the Spring Creek Mortuary on Tuesday, June 20, 2023 at 1:00 pm with a viewing at 12:00 noon. Edwin will be buried in the Springville Evergreen Cemetery.
