March 17, 1951 -July 15, 2023

Barry Dan Bishop, of West Mountain, Utah.
Loving husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather passed away on July 15, 2023 after surviving cancer and battling sickness.
He will be terribly missed and never forgotten. He leaves a legacy cherished by family and friends.

Barry was born March 17, 1951 to Dan L. and Marjorie Bell Davis Bishop. He enjoyed 72 St. Patrick green cakes.

He graduated from Payson High School in 1969, continuing his education at Brigham Young University.

He married the love of his life Judy Lynn Swan Bishop on October 30, 1970. They raised their 4 children enjoying hunting, camping, family vacations, farming and so much more. Family time together was always a highlight! They still continue adding to their family… 4 bonus children (by-marriage), 16 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and 2 more (twins) on the way!

He served a short time in the US Army before receiving a medical discharge. Worked at Geneva, the Pipe Plant, and in Sales. . . but his true passion was farming.

We know he is enjoying a long awaited reunion with his son Keagan. We will love you till the cows come home Dad!!

He is survived by his Loving wife Judy. Children…Tracy & Scott Brown, (Keagan) & Mindy, Garrett & Kimra Bishop, Nick & Andrea Huff as well as 16 grandchildren 5 great grandchildren, 1 bull, 6 cows, 6 calves, & 2 dogs, Ziggy & Gypsy.

A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday July 22 11:45am in the West Mountain Chapel
5237 W 10400 S Payson UT with a viewing to be held prior 10am-11:30am.
