r Spanish Fork resident Ashlyn Jackman was crowned Utah Miss Amazing Junior Teen Queen in April. She now hopes to go on to compete at Nationals in Chicago August 3 – 6.

“Participating in Miss Amazing has tremendously increased Ashlyn’s self-confidence,” said her mother, Heidi Jackman. “It has provided her opportunities to serve others and to make new friends. It has helped her learn and practice important social skills and communication skills. It has helped her realize that everything is possible if you work hard.”

Cowbody Donuts is hosting a fundraiser to support Ashlyn’s trip to nationals on Friday, June 8, at their Spanish Fork location, 1306 E Center Street.

Twenty-five percent of the sales of those who show a hard or digital copy of Ashlyn’s fundraising flyer will be donated to help pay for Ashlyn’s trip.

Panda Express at 1203 N. Canyon Creek Parkway in Spanish Fork will be holding a similar event on June 22. Twenty-percent of their sales, with a flyer for Ashlyn, will be donated to Ashlyn that day. You can show a paper or digital version of the flyer.

The Jackman’s have also set up a fundraising page to help pay for the event. You can donate at https://donate.missamazing.org/fundraiser/1429818.

Best of luck Ashlyn!
