r Nebo’s educator, Katie Berns, a fifth-grade teacher at Larsen Elementary, is a technology leader at her school. She is always looking for ways to implement technology into her lesson plans to enhance student learning.
Her students love creating screencast video tutorials on math concepts using Screencastify. They have been able to reflect on their learning using Flipgrid.
Katie also started developing lessons using Hyperdocs with her students. This allows her students to move through the lesson at there own pace, while she can work with small groups and differentiate her instruction according to her students’ needs.
