r Every county throughout the state of Utah had to privilege of sending a few of its most bright and unique young ladies to attend the Girls State at Weber State University which took place in early June.
Girls State is a unique and exciting government – in – action learning program in which American Legion Auxiliary member guide young women to become Knowledgable stewards of freedom, democracy and patriotic citizens. Gov. Gary Herbert and motivational speaker, musician and soldier Ryan Stream were the keynote Speakers to our young future leaders.
