Serve Daily Celebrates 13 Years of Publishing and 156 Continuous Issues

In a world where headlines are often filled with division and despair, Serve Daily has stood as a beacon of hope and community spirit. This month, the paper proudly celebrates its 13th anniversary—marking 156 continuous issues filled with stories that uplift, inspire, and connect. For over a decade, Serve Daily has remained committed to its mission: to “Discover. Serve. Inspire.” And it has done just that—month after month, year after year.

Founded in 2011, Serve Daily was born out of a simple yet powerful idea: to shine a light on the good happening in our own backyards. From the very beginning, the newspaper focused on the everyday heroes, small businesses, artists, veterans, students, and nonprofit organizations who make our communities stronger. These stories often go unnoticed by mainstream media, but they are the heartbeat of our neighborhoods.

Publishing a print newspaper every month without interruption for 13 years is no small feat. Through changing times, economic challenges, and the digital media shift, Serve Daily has remained a constant presence. Its consistent publication is a testament not only to the dedication of its team, but also to the ongoing support from local readers, writers, photographers, and advertisers who believe in its mission.

What sets Serve Daily apart is its focus on service. The paper doesn’t just report on acts of kindness—it encourages them. Through features like the coloring books,  initiative, partnerships with community organizations, and the celebration of local efforts, Serve Daily has helped foster a culture of giving and gratitude. It reminds us that each of us can make a difference, and that our shared stories matter.

As Serve Daily enters its 14th year, the vision continues to grow. Plans are underway to expand digital outreach, offer new ways for readers to get involved, and provide even more opportunities for businesses and individuals to “say more local” by supporting their neighbors.

Thirteen years. One hundred fifty-six issues. One Point Seven Million Copies. Countless stories of hope and humanity. Serve Daily is more than a newspaper—it’s a movement built on the belief that serving others strengthens us all.

Here’s to the next chapter in a publication that continues to inspire communities to discover good, serve boldly, and live inspired. Thank you for being part of the journey.
