Nothing says Art City Days like the smell and taste of fresh, warm sconesāand this year, you can be part of the tradition that brings our community together!
The Kiwanis Scone Booth has been part of Art City Days for more than 30 years. Weāre looking for amazing volunteers to help make it happen. This isnāt just a booth. It is one of the most loved traditions of the week, powered entirely by people like you.
Why Volunteer? Because every scone served makes a difference.
All funds raised support the Kiwanis Club of Springvilleās Food Drive & Sub-for-Santa program, helping local families experience joy during the holidays with needed food and gift cards. It also fuels youth programs, high school scholarships, Art City Days Childrenās Art Festival, community service projects, and other initiatives that directly impact children right here in our area. Every dollar raised goes directly to support youth.
What Youāll Do
Volunteers will prep, cook, and serve scones; with setup and takedown and work alongside friends, family, and neighbors.
Shifts are short and flexible (about 2ā3 hours), making it easy to jump in and help, even with a busy schedule. No experience is needed. Just come ready to have fun and serve.
Bonus Perks
Those who volunteer will experience a fun, high-energy atmosphere while connecting with the community while providing service. It is also a great way to involve families, businesses, and groups. Everyone who helps out also gets a free scone.
The Impact
Thanks to incredible volunteers at the event last year, over 6,000 scones were served; hundreds of families were supported through Sub-for-Santa; over 500 food boxes along with gift cards and sport vouchers helped local families; and youth programs, scholarships, and community initiatives were strengthened.
We Need YOU
Weāre looking for over 180 volunteers to make this year another success. To sign up, go to JustServe (Kiwanis Art City Scone Booth) or links.servedaily.com/kiwanis and reserve one or more spots
