With beautiful fall weather and an inviting schedule of event activities this September 22 and 23 Wings and Wheels nearly doubled last years ticket sales. Total ticket sales were 8,883, compared with 4,737 last year. With kids under the age of 10 getting in free, Airport Manager, Christian Davis estimated the event saw close to 14,000 attendees on the Saturday of the event. People got their money’s worth of thrilling sights and sounds, as illustrated with a few photos from the event for those who did not attend.
This success will be widely recognized and next year will be bigger and better.
