Grace Bible Church Free Summer Kids Camp
Grace Bible Church in Springville is holding a free kids’ day camp for elementary-aged (K-6) children. The camp will be held on July 8 and 9 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Grace Bible Church in Springville (239 S. Main).
The theme for the camp is “Wonder Junction” and will have many railroad/country themed activities including skits, music, games, crafts, and a bible story that marvels through the life of Jesus.
At 10 a.m. the kids will arrive, get checked in and gather in Grace’s main auditorium for music and a skit. After the opening music/skit, kids will play games, have a snack, make a craft and hear an engaging Bible story about Jesus. The camp will be held inside the building to avoid the summer heat. At noon, kids will be picked up and checked out by the parent or guardian noted on their registration.
Grace Bible Church is non-denominational, accepting all children whether they attend or have attended church before. The goal of the camp is to send a simple message that God loves everyone, and to allow those in attendance a safe place to be with new and old friends. Our desire at Grace Bible church is for the kids in our community to know and experience God’s love and grace in their lives.
On our last day of camp, all of the kids with their family are invited to come and enjoy a pizza party at noon at the city splash pad park. More details and signups for lunch will be provided the first day of camp.
At Grace, we take the safety and care of your child seriously and all children will be pre-registered and released to the person noted on their form. All of our adult volunteers are background checked and children are never alone one-on-one with an adult.
Kids should wear closed toed tennis shoes and comfortable clothes (shorts or pants). Registration is required and the last day to register is June 30, but space is limited and registration will close once it is full.
