r Saturday will be the day for the Art City Days Regatta at Bartholomew Park. The regatta is where kids and even older people (one will be built by men over 70 years old) make their boat out of duct tape and cardboard. They then float it on a small course and see if it stays afloat. Something to see on a warm Saturday afternoon at 1:30 pm.
